60–80% less on-site labor. Zero rework. Components tested, labeled and packed under your brand — ready to anchor and connect on arrival.
Mounting panels, inserting keystones, managing PDU and cable rings at the installation site consumes skilled labor hours that could be eliminated entirely before shipping.
Components assembled under pressure on-site are prone to wiring errors, loose terminations, and labeling mistakes. Each rework call multiplies cost and delays project handover.
Sourcing cabinets, panels, keystones, PDU and patch cords from separate suppliers creates coordination overhead and delivery risk at every project stage.
The answer is not faster installers. It is infrastructure that arrives ready to connect.
Everything tested and assembled before it leaves the factory. Nothing for the installer to configure on-site.
19" cabinets shipped with panels pre-installed, keystones already mounted, PDU integrated, and cable management in place. Installer task: anchor the cabinet and connect the cables.
MPO/MTP trunks and fiber assemblies manufactured to custom lengths, channel-tested before shipment. Installer task: plug in and verify — no splicing, no field termination.
OEM execution included as standard — regardless of order size.
The distributor needed a branded 19" cabinet kit they could position in their own catalog, covering data center, server room and office installation use cases. The kit had to ship ready-to-install: every component an installer would unpack on site, branded throughout, with go-to-market materials ready for their sales force from day one.
We engineered the complete in-cabinet system: 19" cabinet, patch panels and keystone jacks pre-mounted, shelves, PDU integration, patch cords, cable management rings, and a screw accessories kit, all inside one branded box. Packaging design was developed under the customer's brand guidelines, visual identity applied across the box, inserts and documentation. In parallel, we worked under the customer's creative direction on HD product photography and a promotional video for their sales and marketing teams.
A single-SKU "open-and-install" Cabinet Kit, branded end-to-end, sold under the distributor's catalog. Installer on-site assembly time reduced to anchor-and-connect only. Marketing assets developed in parallel meant the customer's commercial team launched the product with full sales support from day one.
On-site installer task reduced to anchor-and-connect — all assembly completed before shipment.
Full branded kit launched with photography, video and sales materials ready for the distributor's commercial team from day one.
We assess feasibility, confirm the assembly scope, and outline the supply structure — in one business day. No commitment required at this stage.
